This policy explains how High Signal LLC ("High Signal Coaching," "we," "us") handles information collected through highsignalcoaching.com and in the course of coaching inquiries and engagements.
A note on scope: High Signal Coaching is a coaching service, not a healthcare provider. Coaching records are not protected health information and are not governed by HIPAA. Licensed clinical services are offered separately through Matthew Simpson Counseling (Sound Connections PLLC), which maintains its own, separate privacy practices. Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, or begin coaching, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to share in messages or intake conversations.
Information collected automatically. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels on this site. The only technical data collected is what our host, Netlify, records in standard server logs — basic details like IP address, browser type, and pages requested — used to keep the site running and secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the practice. These providers process your information only to perform their function:
If we later add a payment processor or an email-newsletter tool, we'll name it here before it handles your information.
We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising. Some essential cookies may be set to keep the site functioning, and embedded tools such as our scheduling widget may set their own cookies when you use them. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; some parts of the site may then work less smoothly.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services, answer your questions, and meet legal and accounting requirements — and then no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we treat your information with care and limit access to it.
High Signal Coaching is for adults. The site and services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
